Movement for Healing
Movement taught with attention and awareness brings healing to clients with injuries, misalignments and movement impairments. Learn to use movement effectively with in-depth education from Nora St. John, MS. Known for her deep understanding of anatomy, movement science and Pilates, Nora will expand your capabilities as a Pilates teacher and movement educator through joyful, compassionate teaching.


Advanced Movement Principles

Advanced Movement Principles includes five modules.

1) Advanced Movement Principles: Fundamentals

2) Advanced Movement Principles: Low Back
(in-person and video)

3) Advanced Movement Principles: Lower Body
(in-person and video)

4) Advanced Movement Principles: Upper Body
(in-person and video)

5) Advanced Movement Principles: Special Conditions
(video only)

Upon completion of all of the modules and three case studies, you receive recognition as a Balanced Body Advanced Movement Practitioner!

Advanced Movement Principles is a continuing education course for experienced Pilates professionals working with clients with imbalances, misalignments and injuries. Using both video on demand and live course work, this program uplevels your skills in seeing, understanding, and improving movement patterns.
